Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade anytime, contact sales and we'll help you switch to a higher tier. Downgrades take effect at your next annual renewal date. All plan changes can be managed from your account settings or by contacting support.
What if I need more than Business offers?
Enterprise plans are custom built for your needs. We'll work with you to set limits that make sense for your operation. No cookie cutter solutions.
Do you offer refunds?
Try the Free plan first, no credit card required. If a paid plan doesn't work for you within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund.
Can I use this for promotion only?
Yes. Every plan includes the full platform, but nothing forces you to use all of it. Focus on campaigns, media contacts, and pitching, and simply leave the artist and release management side untouched if that's not part of your business.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe. Your payment info is secure and never stored on our servers. Billing is automatic, no invoices to chase.
Is my data safe and backed up?
Your data lives securely on Artalyx's hosted servers and is backed up automatically on a regular basis. On top of that, you can export a full backup of your account to a single file at any time, and restore from one just as easily, real data portability, not vendor lock-in.
