3. Data Storage and Security

Artalyx is a hosted platform. All content you create in Artalyx (artists, releases, campaigns, contacts, financial records, and everything else) is stored securely on our servers, backed up automatically on a regular basis. You can also export a full backup of your account data to a single file at any time, and restore from one just as easily, so you always have your own copy in addition to what we store.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption of sensitive data in transit and at rest
  • Regular security audits and updates
  • Limited access to personal information
  • Secure payment processing through Stripe (we do not store credit card information)

If you cancel a paid subscription, your account and data remain fully active through the end of your current annual billing period, the same access you already paid for. Once that period ends, we retain your data for an additional 30 days, after which it is deleted or anonymized, except for data we must retain for legal or business purposes. You can export a full backup of your data at any time before deletion.
