When am I charged?
Immediately upon upgrade for annual plans. Free tier is never charged. All paid plans have a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Can I pay monthly?
No. All paid plans are annual only. This keeps our costs down and your price low.
What happens if I cancel mid-year?
You keep access until the end of your billing period. No prorated refunds except within the first 30 days.
Do unused limits roll over?
No. Email limits reset monthly. Storage limits are cumulative. Artist/release/contact/campaign limits are concurrent (delete one, add another).
What if I exceed my email limit?
We'll notify you at 80% and 100%. At 100%, email sending is paused until next month or you upgrade. No overage charges.
Can I add more users without upgrading?
No. User limits are hard caps. Upgrade to the next tier for more seats.
Do you offer monthly payment plans?
Not currently. Annual billing keeps our administrative costs low, which lets us offer lower prices.
What about taxes?
Prices shown are before tax. Sales tax applies based on your location (US customers only).
Can I get an invoice?
