Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade anytime, contact sales and we'll help you switch to a higher tier. Downgrades take effect at your next annual renewal date. All plan changes can be managed from your account settings or by contacting support.
What if I need more than Business offers?
Enterprise plans are custom built for your needs. We'll work with you to set
limits that make sense for your operation. No cookie cutter solutions.
Do you offer refunds?
Try the Free plan first, no credit card required. If a paid plan doesn't work
for you within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund.
Can I use this for promotion only?
Yes! When you sign up, choose Promo Mode to focus on promotional campaigns
without the artist and release management features you don't need.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe. Your payment info is secure and never
stored on our servers. Billing is automatic, no invoices to chase.
Is my data safe and backed up?
Your data lives on your WordPress installation, you're in control. We recommend
regular backups through your hosting provider or backup plugin.
